Key Responsibilities

  • Contact leads provided by arenaflex to schedule virtual meetings with clients and present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them.
  • Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our client base, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide valuable advice and services to clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A laptop or computer with camera is required, as well as basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Life & Health license is necessary, as well as a strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
  • Must reside in North America, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions.
