Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Clerk – Remote Focus Group Participant

Responsibilities
As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in online and in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including:
+ Child-related issues (individuals with children 18 years or younger) + Cell phone usage (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract) + Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games) + Food preferences (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining) + Sports (casual viewers and die-hard fans) + Electronics (device preferences and usage) + Pets (animal lovers needed, including dogs, cats, and other pets) + Automobiles (ownership, leasing, or payments)
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
Experience and Qualifications
* No experience required, but must be able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions
