Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Framework Specialist to join our Primary Facilitating Conditions (FHE) group. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Server Farm Site Supervisor and be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the technology framework that supports various portfolios. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring site reliability and framework accessibility through the implementation of corporate security and service strategies, data handling office details, technology guidelines, processes, and teachings.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and maintain the technology framework that supports various portfolios

• Provide proactive identification of risks and develop and execute risk remediation plans
• Offer guidance or direction to less experienced staff involved in a team of server farm engineers covering 7 x 24 x 365 managing the actual server farm equipment and Layer 1 cabling changes
• Manage the booking of establishments, decommissions, research, and investigating of equipment and environmental events connected with server farm accessibility
• Develop, execute, and maintain management strategies, norms, and rules intended to carry out, support, and safeguard our most important IT resources
• Establish, normalize, and execute site-specific tasks strategies, principles, and rules in collaboration with the Corporate Properties Group and other site management partners

In this role, you will:

* Lead or participate in high-level technical discussions covering technology and business

• Develop specifications for complex infrastructure frameworks, design and test solutions
• Contribute to the testing of business, application, and technical framework requirements
• Drive solutions to reduce recovery
• Audit and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management, and key turns
• Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and report programs using Agile development practices
• Plan complex framework upgrades
• Resolve inconvenient patterns as they develop
• Develop a long-term plan intended to resolve issues and prevent them from recurring
• Direct the daily risk and control stream of tasks, focusing on approaches, techniques, and work guidelines to ensure a positive outcome
• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, partners, and administrators to resolve issues and achieve objectives

Required Capabilities

* 4 years of Infrastructure Designing and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 4 years of server farm experience

Desired Capabilities

* Experience supporting technology at an enterprise level

• Familiarity with server, storage, network, and organization equipment
• Familiarity with Layer 1 Framework Plan
• Broad knowledge of server farm operations (space, power, cooling, and organization)
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN advancements to perform FQDN generation and tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the business and technical associations, including management
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed or planned

• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
