Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to arenaflex products and services

- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex issues and provide top-notch service

- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- No prior accounting experience required; we're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and help customers
