Job Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting complex problems and escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary

  • Resolve Issues Efficiently:

+ Identify and fix client issues promptly, utilizing troubleshooting skills to resolve complex problems + Escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring clients are informed about the progress of their inquiry + Maintain accurate records of interactions in our system to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of client issues

  • Provide Product Information:

+ Effectively communicate features, benefits, and usage instructions to clients + Understand the full range of our services and be able to compare services to help clients make informed decisions + Provide expert guidance on our services, including features, benefits, and usage instructions

  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction:
