A single closed deal can equal months of typical local commissions. Your Role as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager You will be entrusted with real conversations and real deals in the U.S. market. Your responsibilities include:
- Speaking with motivated U.S. homeowners who have already requested to sell
- Building trust and uncovering seller motivation
- Negotiating purchase agreements on high-value American properties
- Managing the deal process from first call through signed contract
- Collaborating with a high-performance acquisitions team
