- Act as the primary operational extension to senior leadership.
- Drive priorities and manage execution on commercial initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare materials for executive reporting.
- Own reporting and analytics for Sales Operations functions.
- Analyze large data sets to identify business trends.
- Partner closely with the Salesforce Manager to define reporting requirements.
- Proactively identify data trends and opportunities within performance metrics.
- Drive commercial reporting and forecast cadences.
- Ensure disciplined and repeatable forecasting processes.
- Support sales enablement efforts and documentation.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Operations.
- Strong background in sales reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
- Salesforce Administrator (201) Certification and advanced Salesforce experience.
- Proven strategic partnership experience with senior leadership.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
