Summary GE HealthCare has a great opportunity for an Installation Project Manager to support our Imaging Equipment business in the New Mexico and El Paso, TX territory. With your experience in construction projects, you'll own the implementation process for installing our larger Imaging equipment in hospitals and other care centers starting from the sales order review through training the customers on their new devices. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact between GE HealthCare and the customer on all things related to installation.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GEHC operational targets.
  • Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Diagnostic Imaging.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years experience in Project Management; or an Associate degree and minimum of five years experience in Project Management.
  • Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while working remotely.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required.

Desired Characteristics

  • Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades.
  • Experience with large-scale project management requirements.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE HealthCare products.
  • Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $134,400.00-$201,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
