HR Onboarding Associate (contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding cases in ServiceNow, ensuring efficient workflow progression and timely start dates.
  • Provide support for Beeline system modules, handling amendments, extensions, PSID verifications, and data corrections.
  • Monitor upcoming end dates and communicate with stakeholders for timely renewals or terminations.
  • Handle issue resolution and escalations for offshore teams to ensure effective onboarding and support processes.
  • Manage CORE tickets, offering prompt resolutions and updates to users.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred but not required; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Strong experience with case management tools; ServiceNow or Peoplesoft is a plus
  • Experience with Beeline or similar vendor management systems preferred but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
