Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing from order receipt to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, proactively resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance will be essential to guarantee smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor order status, track revisions, and provide stakeholders with updates while generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining proper documentation and adherence to internal policies and external regulations will also be a critical part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
