Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you'll be responsible for: ### Audience Engagement

• Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, setting the tone for an engaging and inclusive experience.
• Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
• Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment that fosters meaningful connections among attendees.

### Live Session Moderation

• Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
• Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests, providing a safe and supportive space for meaningful dialogue.
• Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule, working closely with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.

### Community Building

• Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included, valued, and respected.
• Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue and creating opportunities for connection and growth.

Who You Are:

• Comfortable using livestreaming platforms like Zoom, YouTube Live, or StreamYard, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• A team player who can think on their feet and adapt to changing dynamics, prioritizing collaboration and flexibility.
• Available to dedicate 5-10 hours per week leading up to the festival and full availability on February 13, 2025.
