We're now seeking an experienced Customer Dispatch Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis, working a night shift schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST. Job Summary:

As a Customer Dispatch Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing after-hours technical support to customers, utilizing a knowledge-based system to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our team to facilitate resolution of customer and field issues, while also supporting part orders, data entry, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide after-hours first call support for Radiology device and hardware technical troubleshooting inquiries, utilizing a knowledge-based system to deliver operator-type solutions to customers

  • Utilize SAP and CRM Systems to professionally handle and document customer and field calls received via phone, CRM, email, and web
  • Support part orders, including inquiries, data entry, and troubleshooting
  • Assist with training and onboarding initiatives, including training documentation and delivery
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer and field issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Essential Qualifications:

* Associate's degree (AA, AS, or equivalent) in a related field, or three years of experience in a technical call center, customer relations/facing, or remote service support role

  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of their functionality and applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and resolving complex technical issues

  • Knowledge of Radiology devices and hardware, with a strong understanding of their technical specifications and applications
  • Certification in a related field, such as customer service or technical support
  • Experience with training and onboarding initiatives, including training documentation and delivery
