What You'll Do Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality products and services to customers, including recommending SBS products and services
• Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
• Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
