Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, providing exceptional support and service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
  • Providing personalized support and assistance to Card Members, including travel, card, and lifestyle services
  • Utilizing the Client First philosophy to address Card Members' needs and expectations
  • Offering creative solutions to resolve Card Members' issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's latest offerings
  • Providing exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following capabilities:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a luxury or high-end customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or Card Members
  • Fluency in multiple languages
