Job Overview

As a Clinical Support Services Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, facilitating their access to essential care. You'll respond to incoming calls, gather and communicate essential information, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, even in challenging situations. Our comprehensive two-week training and orientation program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers, accurately gathering and communicating essential information to the appropriate clinicians.

  • Assist callers through various scenarios, ranging from general inquiries to more sensitive situations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding professionalism, even during challenging interactions.
  • Transition to working remotely from your home office following a comprehensive two-week training and orientation program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex policies to provide informed and empathetic support.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.

  • Strong customer service orientation coupled with a positive and empathetic demeanor, with a focus on delivering personalized support.
  • Ability to manage calls in a dynamic environment, adapting to both busy and quieter periods, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to maintain composure and professionalism when addressing difficult or emotional scenarios, with a focus on de-escalation techniques.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts, including occasional holiday work (with additional compensation), to ensure 24/7 patient support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness in utilizing the internet to access relevant resources and systems.
  • Basic typing and keyboard skills that meet job requirements, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible for employment in the United States.
