Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll work closely with our business clients to conduct needs analysis, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions. You'll be responsible for managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all deliverables meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct needs analysis with business clients to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
- Manage projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Participate in system and acceptance testing to ensure high-quality results
- Work closely with our Incident Response Team to identify, mitigate, and recover from digital threats
- Develop and maintain knowledge of data security and risk management standards, best practices, and emerging trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats to ensure our systems remain secure and compliant
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, cybersecurity, information technology)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management standards, best practices, and emerging trends
- Experience with ServiceNow Administration, GRC, or similar platforms (desired)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to remain organized and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm or similar platforms
- Coursework or experience related to network security and cybersecurity
- Experience in a similar role or investigator entry-level position
- Experience tackling business problems in a capstone or case competition
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile philosophies and methodologies
