Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Assistant. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for entering scores of math and reading worksheets for students, grading worksheets, checking in students, preparing students' work, and providing guidance and support to students. This is an excellent opportunity for students with math and education majors, as well as individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter scores of math and reading worksheets for students into our database system
- Grade worksheets and provide feedback to students
- Check in students and prepare their work for the day
- Provide guidance and support to students as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Assist instructors and staff with administrative tasks as required
- Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and patience when interacting with students, parents, and other staff
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college students with math and education majors encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Background check required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with children or in an educational setting
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
