What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to incoming communications, and conducting research to resolve customer issues. Your passion for helping others, combined with your excellent communication skills and caring nature, will make you the perfect fit for this role.

A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide answers and resolutions to customer issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset
  • A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
