Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, managing partnerships, and staying hands-on technically. You'll have the opportunity to create a multi-year roadmap, lead the design and execution phases of software development, and oversee the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of engineers while making key decisions that impact cross-functional partners

• Contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments
• Collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML
• Help define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects
• Create a multi-year roadmap and lead the design and execution phases of software development
• Oversee the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry
• Discuss bugs and technical challenges in-depth and represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings
• Engage with external customers and collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML

Minimum Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of operating systems fundamentals and mobile device support constraints

• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically
• Clear decision-making based on data rather than intuition
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, global team, fostering collaboration, and supporting your engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of engineering management experience

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent
• Experience with API development and working with API consumers
