Responsibilities
As a Customer Support and Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and meet weekly and monthly performance goals
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed and effective customer support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members
