Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support experiences to our clients' customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, fostering a sense of loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and efficiently, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Promoting interest in client products and services through effective communication and upselling opportunities.
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image, reflecting arenaflex's values and commitment to excellence.
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • PC keyboarding and internet experience, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and online navigation.
