Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for policyholders filing auto claims, handling inbound calls, emails, and chat in both English and Spanish.
  • Gather comprehensive accident details, conduct initial investigations, and obtain statements from drivers, witnesses, and third‑party parties.
  • Make coverage and liability determinations in accordance with arenaflex policies, state regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide empathetic, solution‑focused guidance to customers, ensuring they understand next steps, required documentation, and timelines.
  • Maintain meticulous claim files within the arenaflex claims management system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with adjusters, underwriters, and other internal stakeholders to expedite claim resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or refer additional arenaflex products that meet the customer’s needs, when appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve claim handling proficiency.

  • Adhere to scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends, with eligibility for differential pay differentials.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base hourly rate: $23.45 – $26.05 (equivalent to $47,250 – $52,490 annually) – commensurate with experience.
  • 10% bilingual differential for fluency in Spanish.
  • 10% evening shift differential and 20% weekend differential for applicable hours.
  • $1,000 completion bonus after successfully finishing the six‑month training and orientation program.
  • $1,500 sign‑on bonus for candidates who hold an active Adjuster’s insurance license.

Qualifications – Essential

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
