  • Electronic Filing & Document Organization: Scan, classify, and store electronic copies of manuals, presentations, and legal documents, ensuring they are searchable and retrievable.
  • Physical Document Handling: File, locate, pull, and arrange hard‑copy materials, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Mailroom Operations: Receive, distribute, and log incoming mail, faxes, and packages; operate mailroom equipment efficiently.
  • Premium & Check Processing: Log premiums, reconcile checks, and secure financial documents while adhering to strict audit trails.
  • Proofreading & Quality Assurance: Review all outgoing forms, reports, and correspondence for errors and omissions, guaranteeing a professional product.
  • Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemails, schedule meetings, manage calendars, and produce copies as needed.
