Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Data Analyst on our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our VOC method. You'll work closely with product and process owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst on our VOC team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC method
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our VOC methods and leveraging this knowledge to inform data-driven decisions
• Designing and building robust data model architectures to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Developing and implementing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
• Providing guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics to drive efficiency in our computing programs
• Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of our VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Strong collaboration skills with product owners and technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
