Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls in a helpful and productive manner, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performing daily data entry into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Creating and sending friendly collection reminders to customers via email and phone.
- Following up with prospective clients regularly to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Communicating with clients and potential customers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, invoices, and payment history.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Knowledge/Skills:
+ Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. + Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills. + Great attention to detail and accuracy on all tasks. + A self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to complete tasks on time. + Excellent customer service skills and a positive outlook with a calm demeanor. + Cooperative and collaborative with a willingness to learn new things. + Organized, dependable, and able to multi-task and execute daily duties and projects. + Able to take initiative and complete tasks with minimum supervision.
Duties:
