Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house support and administrative services to our team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming way
- Capturing and entering data into our database with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining and updating our filing system to ensure seamless access to information

- Mailing and shipping packages and documents
- Providing administrative support to other departments and teams as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
