Responsibilities:

As a part-time customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing customer registrations and website orders in digital registration systems
  • Providing support for customer questions and/or needs regarding order support, website orders, website technical support, digital product access, and general Extension support questions and call routing
  • Assisting with data entry and record management in Salesforce, ensuring contact, account, order, and other key data is up to date and accurate
  • Engaging customers and clientele daily, creating a welcoming environment for all customers
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic understanding of computers and strong technical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce and digital registration systems (training will be provided)
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional in-person requirements)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience with Salesforce and digital registration systems
  • Knowledge of agricultural sciences or related fields
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
