The Mission

As a Customer Service Advocate with arenaflex, you will be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day. You will navigate the world of PCPs, meds, appointments, and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and your amazing people skills. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that they receive the care and attention they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Navigate complex healthcare systems and benefit plans to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare and insurance operations to provide expert-level support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to ensure that clients receive the most current and accurate information
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least one year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare or insurance experience, including knowledge of medical terminology and benefit plans

  • Background in social work, behavioral health, or a related field
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
