Job Summary

We're seeking a Virtual Chat Support Help Agent to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers in the mechanical and industrial engineering sector. As a Virtual Chat Support Help Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with our valued customers via virtual chat, providing effective solutions to their inquiries, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies. Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Help Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
