Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- An independent and driven personality, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong presentation and people management skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic way.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services is a plus, but not essential.
