Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for booking air and ground transportation, researching and locating the best pricing and options for clients, booking hotel reservations, and planning and promoting accommodations and travel scenarios. You'll work closely with our team to provide personalized travel solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for talented individuals who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Book air and ground transportation for clients, including flights, hotels, and car rentals

• Research and locate the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs, including package deals and special promotions
• Book hotel reservations for clients in their desired location, including luxury resorts and boutique hotels
• Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios, including customized itineraries and travel recommendations
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new travel solutions and promotions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including new destinations, travel regulations, and industry best practices
