Job Summary

As an Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and community engagement. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate customer information, and collaborating with our marketing team to develop creative solutions to educate community members about our program. Key Responsibilities

* Verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers

• Maintain and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner
• Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible solution
• Meet consumers directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
• Execute events and coordinate with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
• Collaborate with other Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, Enrollment Specialist, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program
• Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering, or other related field
• Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community
• Team-oriented with the ability to problem-solve independently
• Driven to further one's career and make an impact

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
