Key Responsibilities
As a Local Success Coach, you'll play a vital role in cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with families and Au Pairs in your local area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding families through the Au Pair matching process and ensuring they understand program policies and expectations
- Conducting in-home interviews to prepare families for welcoming an Au Pair
- Facilitating in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs, ensuring a smooth transition
- Maintaining ongoing communication with both families and Au Pairs through phone calls and in-person meetings
- Organizing local cultural events that promote engagement and connection among Au Pairs
- Collaborating effectively with headquarters staff to deliver exceptional support to families and Au Pairs
- Addressing conflicts and concerns professionally, providing conflict resolution
- Implementing marketing strategies to encourage program growth within your community

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Background in counseling, conflict resolution, or mediation + Interest in marketing and expanding local outreach + Availability of a tablet for in-home visits and orientations

Phase 1: Comprehensive Onboarding Program
(approximately 4 hours per week, paid): A two-month program that familiarizes you with the program's regulations and policies.
Phase 2: Advanced Training Program
(approximately 3.5 hours per week, paid): A six-month program that focuses on family support strategies and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits
As an independent contractor (1099), you'll have the opportunity to earn a performance-based income. With approximately 1.4 hours of engagement per week, you can potentially earn up to $4,500 per year for supporting three families, with earnings nearing $9,300 for a cluster of eleven families. This translates to an hourly rate of about $60 per deliverable.
