Your Role: Customer Happiness Manager

As a Customer Happiness Manager on our Americas Remote Team, you'll be part of a talented group of 8 professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to authors, creative publishing professionals, and optimize conversion rates. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction with our users is positive, informative, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

* Offer support to arenaflex users through various channels, including email, chat, and phone

  • Review projects submitted on the platform to ensure seamless execution
  • Design and implement customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce arenaflex's features
  • Maintain and update our FAQ section based on user feedback and questions
  • Suggest product features based on user feedback to enhance the overall user experience
  • Contribute to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86% and beyond

Requirements:

* 5+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Intercom, Crisp, Zendesk, etc.)

  • Proven experience in automating support processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of on-boarding and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to drive user engagement
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent writing skills with perfect grammar, spelling, and tone
  • Native-level English speaker with excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work every other weekend to ensure seamless support coverage

* Previous experience working for a marketplace and/or in a creative industry

  • Fluency in multiple languages to cater to our diverse user base

Salary Range:

$25k - $45k, depending on your experience and qualifications
