Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred).
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Texas.
- Must be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
