Key Responsibilities
As a Bone Health Consultant, your typical day will include:
- Acting as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding our products and services, providing them with accurate and timely information to make informed decisions.
- Actively listening to customers and empathizing with their concerns, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Processing orders and returns, updating customer records, and filing documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Helping customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans and providing them with personalized recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest natural health trends and products.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
- Strong knowledge of natural health products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
