As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and professional assistance to our clients through online live chat, phone, and email. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through online live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
