Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our remote chat team. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our clients, providing exceptional support and service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for delivering personalized experiences that exceed our clients' expectations, and you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a remote chat environment
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, representing arenaflex and its values in all interactions
  • Building strong relationships with our clients and partners, and identifying opportunities to deliver personalized experiences
  • Utilizing the Client's First approach to address clients' needs and expectations
  • Providing travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to our clients
  • Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
  • Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • The ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to clients' needs and expectations
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • The ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to use and adapt to various technology platforms
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific work tasks
