Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our Member Services team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed.
- Thoroughly document all customer transactions in our host system.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Answer 80+ calls per day.
- Maintain a quality score of 95% or greater.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- 1 year of experience in healthcare administrative experience or related required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent listening skills to appropriately handle calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Bilingual preferred.

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare and dental benefits industry.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
