Job Summary

As an Experienced Virtual Assistant – Guest Relations & Operations Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of guest services and operations support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing guest communications, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients and their guests. You will also work closely with our operations team to report maintenance and damage issues, build and manage in-house maintenance labor, and assist with financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Guest Relations: + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, or chat + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional guest experiences + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms

  • Company Tasks:

+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

  • Technical Requirements:

+ Proficient in Guesty and/or HostAI, with deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT + Ability to use a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors + Experience with AI-powered guest messaging tools + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, guest relations, or a related field

  • Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
  • Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
  • Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in property management or vacation rental management

  • Knowledge of business financials/accounting and experience with accounting systems
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
  • Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
  • Experience with AI-powered guest messaging tools

Note

This is a part-time, temp position starting Mid-October for 3 months, with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025. Shift availability must be Thursday & Friday 3pm-11p CST. There may be additional opportunities for part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST for the right candidates. Apply for this job
