  • As a Paid Media Manager (internally titled Account Strategist, Paid Media) at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of performance marketing for SaaS and Tech companies, leveraging our proprietary Customer Generation methodology. This approach is meticulously designed to prioritize the generation of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual Customers, moving beyond traditional metrics to deliver tangible business outcomes. You will be a critical player within our dynamic Paid Media team, reporting directly to the Associate Director, and will serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients.
  • Your role will involve direct client engagement, where you will be responsible for communicating performance results, developing bespoke, high-impact paid media strategies tailored to each client's unique business objectives, and meticulously executing all paid media deliverables. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to gain extensive experience in crafting and managing high-performing paid media strategies specifically for enterprise SaaS businesses, driving significant growth and achieving client SQL targets consistently.
  • You will take ownership of and lead a portfolio of Paid Media accounts, ensuring their strategic direction and operational excellence. This includes serving as the direct liaison and trusted advisor to client contacts, fostering strong, collaborative relationships built on transparency and results.
  • Proactive communication will be key, involving weekly check-ins with any vendors or operational partners. This ensures seamless alignment on assigned tasks, upholds the highest standards of work quality, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in our collaborative processes.
  • A significant aspect of your role will be to actively drive referrals through exceptional client relationship management and by leveraging your professional network, contributing to Directive's growth.
  • You will be instrumental in building and refining client strategies on a quarterly basis, ensuring they remain agile, innovative, and aligned with evolving market dynamics and client goals.
  • A core responsibility is the creation, meticulous maintenance, and ongoing optimization of budgets for paid media campaigns across a diverse range of channels. This requires a keen understanding of budget allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve client objectives.
  • You must develop a deep and nuanced understanding of each client's market positioning, their unique value propositions, and their competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of lead routing within the client's CRM system is paramount, guaranteeing that generated leads are efficiently passed to sales teams for timely follow-up.
  • You will cultivate an understanding of the strategic value and application of Programmatic campaigns within the broader paid media mix.
  • Maintaining high personal productivity and utilization rates is essential, ensuring efficient time management and contribution to team and client goals.
  • You will work in close collaboration with the Associate Director to guarantee that both internal team objectives and client-specific goals are consistently met and exceeded.
  • This role involves the hands-on execution and continuous optimization of PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Your focus will be on in-depth keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, precise audience targeting, and strategic bid management to maximize campaign ROI and drive qualified leads.
  • Success in this role is defined by your ability to effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding department-level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), such as client growth and goal attainment. Building client trust and fostering relationships that lead to consistent renewals is a key performance indicator. You will also be responsible for identifying and cross-selling additional services that align with client goals and objectives, and for clearly communicating campaign results and strategic insights to client points of contact and executive stakeholders. Exceptional decision-making regarding the strategic direction of accounts will be a hallmark of your success.
