Atlassian Technical Consultant Below are the key responsibilities that the Atlassian Technical Consultant will focus on. However, the role will not be limited to these on an ongoing basis: Our Atlassian Technical Consultant works closely with enterprise customers to unlock the full potential of the Atlassian product suite. As part of a high-performing delivery team, you will design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll guide customers in deploying and integrating Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management across both Data Center and Cloud environments, including leading migrations from Data Center to Cloud. You will also play a key role in pre-sales activities—developing solution proposals, producing estimates and statements of work, and shaping delivery approaches that align with client objectives.
