Role Overview – What You’ll Do

Campaign Lifecycle Management

  • Conceptualize, plan, and launch multi‑channel campaigns (e‑mail, phone, SMS, in‑app messaging, and automated workflows) from idea generation through to delivery and post‑campaign analysis.
  • Maintain a master campaign calendar that ensures timely rollout, avoids conflicts, and provides visibility across the organization.
  • Partner with Customer Success Operations, CX Leadership, Lifecycle Marketing, and product teams to secure resources, approvals, and creative assets.

Revenue Alignment & Impact

  • Translate arenaflex’s revenue targets into measurable campaign objectives, ensuring each initiative contributes directly to customer expansion, upsell, or retention goals.
  • Monitor financial KPIs such as incremental revenue, average contract value uplift, and churn reduction, reporting results to senior leadership.

Performance Optimization & Testing

  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging, creative, and timing.
  • Leverage audience segmentation and predictive analytics to target the right customers with the right message at the right moment.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through rigorous data analysis.

Data‑Driven Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Track campaign performance against predefined KPIs (open rates, click‑through rates, conversion rates, NPS impact, etc.).
  • Produce comprehensive post‑campaign reports that include insights, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Present findings to cross‑functional stakeholders in clear, concise, and visually compelling formats.

Strategic Collaboration & Thought Leadership

  • Deeply understand arenaflex’s go‑to‑market (GTM) and Customer Success (CS) strategies, ensuring campaigns reinforce broader business priorities.
  • Act as a champion for continuous improvement, proposing process enhancements, automation opportunities, and technology upgrades.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks to keep arenaflex’s campaigns at the cutting edge.

Essential Qualifications – What You Bring

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience managing or coordinating multi‑channel marketing or customer success campaigns, preferably within a SaaS or technology‑focused environment.
  • Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication Mastery: Skilled at translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences; confident presenter in meetings and webinars.
  • Analytical Acumen: Intermediate to advanced proficiency with campaign analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical techniques for testing and segmentation.
  • Revenue Focus: Demonstrated track record of designing campaigns that drive measurable revenue outcomes, such as upsell, cross‑sell, or churn reduction.
  • Design‑Led Mindset: Experience planning and executing A/B tests, interpreting results, and iterating quickly based on data.
  • Customer‑Centric Philosophy: Deep empathy for customer needs and a passion for using data to create meaningful, outcome‑oriented experiences.
