Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your role will involve consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You'll be a key point of contact for our members, providing attentive customer service, administrative support, and expert guidance to ensure they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their options

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure they're satisfied with their benefits
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the supplemental benefits industry, with knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
