Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Reliable Computer and Internet Connection: A quiet workspace with a reliable computer, internet connection, and necessary software.

  • Certification Class: You'll need to complete a certification class to ensure you're equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Additional Client Program Technology Standards Requirements:

To ensure seamless communication with our clients, you'll need to meet the following technology standards:

  • Phone Line: You'll need one of the following types of phone lines:

+ POTS (Plain Old Telephone) line (hard-wired to wall outlet) + Cable telephony (connected directly from router/modem device) + Digital service (connected directly from router/modem device) + VoIP through a physical hard phone (i.e., a tangible device that sits on your desktop) + Hardwired telephone and headset or keypad/headset (e.g., AGPTek or Plantronics)

  • Dual Monitors: We strongly recommend using dual monitors to enhance your productivity and efficiency.
  • Operating System: You'll need to maintain the most recent version of Windows 10 or 11 (fully patched with no pending updates).
  • Cell Phone: You'll need an Apple or Android cell phone for secondary code verification.

What You'll Do:

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll:

  • Serve as an Initial Point of Contact: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Support: Offer support to existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls.
  • Resolve Concerns: Resolve concerns related to retail, commercial, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions.
  • Identify Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers.
  • Provide Accurate and Confidential Service: Provide accurate, confidential client service through general servicing knowledge.
