Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to support our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us find the best talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (is a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
