Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights, analyzing client behavior, and identifying new opportunities for content development. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Applying advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
• Investigating client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Predicting content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Developing and implementing our content launch and episode release strategy
• Testing marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational direction
• Providing specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicating key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• A graduate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
• A passion for media and entertainment
