Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the product expert for current and future EV lineups and associated services
• Assisting customers through chat, phone, and email regarding products, reservations, dealership interactions, and service issues
• Ensuring comprehensive resolution of customer inquiries, enhancing their EV buying and ownership experience
• Continuously improving customer satisfaction by leveraging strategic insights and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of experience in call center environments (REQUIRED)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse customer interactions
• Proficiency with computer systems, including navigation and typing
• Experience or interest in electric vehicles and technology preferred
• Strategic thinking with the ability to process customer feedback and improve service strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the automotive industry or related field

• Knowledge of electric vehicles and their features
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Certification in customer service or a related field

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
