Job Description:

As a Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in advertising and selling our secondhand shipping containers to customers via chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat and encouraging them to place an order
  • Closing sales directly on the chat and sending invoices using our company's system
  • Adding leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participating in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Joining a Q&A group and having access to mentors who will guide and support you in achieving your goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software

  • Engage with customers via chat and encourage them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Add leads to your account and assign them to a sales manager for follow-up
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
