Job Description:
As a Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in advertising and selling our secondhand shipping containers to customers via chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through live chat and encouraging them to place an order
- Closing sales directly on the chat and sending invoices using our company's system
- Adding leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
- Participating in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Joining a Q&A group and having access to mentors who will guide and support you in achieving your goals
Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers via chat and encourage them to place an order
