Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Operating the register and handling cash transactions
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining a high level of store appearance and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment
- Interacting with customers daily and providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and drive sales growth
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Experience working in a food program or similar environment
- High school diploma or equivalent with a focus on business or customer service
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment

- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
